  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk olive oil, mustard, honey, green onions, salt, black pepper, and cayenne in a large bowl to combine. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are cooked all the way through and browned, 20 to 30 minutes.

I par boiled potatoes tossed them with all the ingredients in zip lock bag. Spread out on heavy duty foil & finished them on the grill will the the meat of choice grilled.

Nice mild flavor, but next time I'll cut the potatoes in even smaller pieces to make sure every bite is flavorful. I didn't have scallions when I made this so will try again. Cayenne adds just...
