Stevia measurements differ from brand to brand so I made mine according to how sweet I like my drinks. This hot chocolate was ok but it was a little weak. Next time I will add another teaspoon of the cacao powder to make it "chocolatier." This is a good base recipe for people to adjust according to their diet perhaps using almond or soy milk. I did like the flavor the cinnamon gave to it. Read More

Mix in 1/2- 2/3 cup of hot water: Cacao powder for a richer taste, tbsp of coconut oil ( sometimes adding a tsp of Ghee) a pinch of salt, a dash of vanilla extract as suggested and bland. Add heated coconut milk or Almond milk. I sometimes use cashew & coconut milk or even coconut powder when traveling. You can add a bit of honey to sweeten to your liking.it comes out thicker, smoother, and creamier. Read More
