  1. Combine confectioner's sugar, milk, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, corn syrup, and vanilla extract together in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until glaze is smooth and hot, 2 to 3 minutes. Do not boil.

  • To get a smooth and even glaze, pour it into a resealable plastic bag, snip off corner, and drizzle over the cake.
