  1. In a large skillet, saute the sausage, peppers, onion and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and pepper flakes. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Serve on rolls if desired.

Made it with a few changes. Cooked the sausages whole until almost done, added the onion and minced garlic. Sautéed until onions were nearly soft, added the peppers. I didn't have the "flavored"...
