  • 2 cups fresh strawberries

  • 2 cups soy milk

  • 4 cups crushed ice

Directions

  1. Layer tofu, strawberries, and soy milk in a blender; blend. Add ice cubes, 1 cup at a time, while blender is running; blend until smooth.
