- Stir beef into onion mixture; cook until crumbly and no longer pink, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat from beef mixture.
- Stir tomatoes, peas, curry powder, salt, paprika, chili powder, and black pepper into beef mixture; cook until thickened, about 20 minutes. Garnish with coconut.

I added a few extra veggies from my garden.. zucchini and a variety of tomatoes instead of tinned .
Loved this, served it on white rice, added plenty of tomato----very tasty and something a bit different, and soooo easy to make. I made it in the morning so the flavors had a chance to blend.
