  1. Place a heavy pot over medium heat. Add onions and ground beef and cook and stir until beef is browned and crumbled and onions begin to turn translucent, about 5 minutes. Drain grease from pot.
  2. Pour in beef broth; add beans, tomatoes, corn and Knorr(R) Fiesta Sides - Taco Rice. Stir in 1 buttery spread. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 7 minutes.
  3. Remove pot from heat; let pot stand at least 2 minutes. Stir. Serve topped with shredded cheese and sour cream.

Way too bland at first, but being a Texan, I added hot sauce & jalapenos and it was pretty good

Really tasty!! Even my 2 year old liked it!

DELICIOUS! Fast and very tasty! Would be great to take to a potluck too! I WILL make this again!

I made this in my instant pot. I sautéed the onion (using butter instead of spread), added the ground beef, and then added the rice packet, and beef broth. I cooked on high pressure for 7 minute...

Taco. In a bowl. Can't go wrong. The rice didn't keep me from eating it with tortillas. I added some green sauce and fresh tomatoes. Thank you for the recipe.
