Original recipe yields 4 servings (4 servings, 1 1/2 cups each)

  1. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  2. Add next 4 ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in tortilla pieces; top with cheese. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions.
