  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot; stir in honey, cumin, ginger, lime zest, lime juice, and mint. Cook and stir until flavors are infused, about 2 minutes.

I added half a lime (squeezed first and then dropped straight in) because I used more water and forgot to put in the honey and it was still delicious. Can't really go wrong with these flavours.
