  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

  • Meanwhile, in a large skillet, add olive oil & saute onions for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Turn the heat to high, then add chicken and mushrooms; brown for approximately 5 more minutes.

  • Add vodka and reduce completely. Stir in cream and tomato sauce, then bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and toss with sauce, then stir in cheese and parsley right before serving.

This was a very good recipe and we enjoyed it very much. I added the cheese and parsley to the cooked pasta and mixed that before adding the sauce. I also thought the sauce needed to be thickened so used some corn starch in water to thicken it up a bit. Thanks for sharing! Read More

Good but I added Trader Joe's garlic salt seasoning mixture to the chicken mushrooms and onions. Also I may make it a little thicker or not cook it as long bc the sauce got a little too thin. Didn't use vodka. Used a lot more chicken. Read More
