I made the shrimp as called for bit left the rice mixture out. Then I put the shrimp over cilantro lime rice. Very good just not five star for lack of zest.
It was very quick and easy for a weeknight dinner. I couldn't find knorr so I used Raley's brand. I will make it again.
I did not have the Knorrs so I used rice a roni. It was delicious! We all liked it.
