  1. Season shrimp, if desired, with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  2. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Remove skillet from heat and stir in lemon juice and remaining 1 tablespoon Spread until Spread is melted.
  3. Stir into hot Knorr(R) Rice Sides(TM) - Herb & Butter with green beans.

I made the shrimp as called for bit left the rice mixture out. Then I put the shrimp over cilantro lime rice. Very good just not five star for lack of zest.

It was very quick and easy for a weeknight dinner. I couldn't find knorr so I used Raley's brand. I will make it again.
