  • Cook sausage in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Add Spread and green pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tender.

  • Stir in water and Knorr® Cajun Sides™ - Red Beans & Rice and bring to a boil. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until rice and beans are tender. Stir in sausage; heat through.

*Substitute 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut up cooked in 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!(R).

Very easy to make but I thought it was a bit on the bland side. For additional flavor I seasoned it with Emirl Lagasse Essence. The hardest part of this recipe was actually finding Knorr's Red Beans & Rice. Found it at the 4th market I went to. Don't think I will make it again. Read More

I had to use Zatarain's Jambalaya because two grocery stores both had 15 varieties of Knorr but not this one. I used a full pound of sausage and it made 6 good size portions. Tasted great but too spicy for my 6 year old. Read More
