Original recipe yields 12 servings (1 1/2 cup)
- Combine avocado oil, sesame oil, and olive oil in a glass measuring cup or bowl.
- Place eggs, lemon juice, mustard powder, brown mustard, and salt in a food processor. Turn on food processor and slowly pour in oil mixture through feeder tube until it is incorporated and mayonnaise is smooth and thick, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir with spatula to incorporate any remaining drops of oil on top.

- You can also use a blender to make the mayonnaise.
