  1. Prepare Salsa: In medium bowl combine chopped peaches, green chiles, red onion, parsley, lime juice and Tabasco sauce. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Prepare Tacos: Fill tortillas with flaked tuna; top with peach salsa. Serve with shredded cabbage and cheese if desired. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.


  • *Substitute 1 (5-ounce) can chicken for tuna if desired.

Great recipe! I definitely did some things different like add tomatoes to the salsa. Also cooked the tuna with lemon pepper, garlic, and chili powder seasonings. Turned out wonderful
