Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) package baby arugula

  • 4 ounces prosciutto, torn into small pieces

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1 (4 ounce) ball burrata cheese

  • 1 large avocado - peeled, pitted, and sliced

  • 1 small Roma tomato, diced

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Toss baby arugula, prosciutto, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar together in a bowl. Transfer to a large serving plate using tongs. Place ball of burrata cheese in the center. Arrange avocado slices around plate and scatter tomato on top. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.

  2. Quarter burrata cheese and divide salad among four plates to serve.

Cook's Note:

Substitute fresh mozzarella cheese for the burrata if preferred.
