Refreshing Coconut Lime Sorbet

  1. Mix coconut cream, coconut water, lime juice, lime zest, and coconut extract together in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until flavors combine, at least 1 hour.
  2. Pour coconut mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Cover and store in the freezer until firm, about 1 1/2 hours.

This stuff is great. It's rich and creamy like ice cream and GF too! Perfect for lactose and GF folks. Loved it! Will certainly make it again.

This is so good! I made it using my KitchenAid ice cream attachment, but it still needed to set up in the freezer for a couple of hours. Definitely something I will make again!
