Directions

Instructions Checklist
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  • Cut potatoes into wedges; place on prepared baking sheet approximately 1 inch apart. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle salt and pepper over wedges.

  • Bake in preheated oven until golden brown and crispy, about 30 minutes.

  • Combine hot pepper sauce and melted butter in a large bowl with a tight-fitting lid. Add potatoes, cover with lid, and toss to coat evenly. Pour onto serving platter; drizzle with ranch salad dressing.

Cook's Notes:

The smaller the potato wedge size, the crisper they will become when roasted.

Substitute margarine for butter, if desired.

Amounts of hot pepper sauce and butter can be adjusted to obtain desired level of spiciness.

Hands down the best potato wedges I've ever had! Everything about these were delicious and I can't believe I didn't think of this before. If you like potatoes and you like buffalo flavor then you MUST give this one a try. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. Thanks for the great recipe Hannah! Read More

This is easy and was very good. The only change I made was I tossed the wedges in buffalo sauce before I baked them then I drizzle them again. Even my son ate them and he does not like potatoes except fries. Read More

My family devoured these. We made two types- one mild and one hot. Super simple and you can easily adjust the heat levels to suit everyone. These will be part of our menu often. Read More
