  1. Combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl; stir well. Brush oil mixture evenly over tilapia fillets.
  2. Heat a large nonstick grill pan over medium-high heat; grease with cooking spray. Grill fish until it flakes easily with a fork, about 4 minutes per side.

This isn't a recipe for grilled tilapia. It's a recipe for tilapia on the stove. By definition, this is a terrible recipe for grilled tilapia.

This was delicious! I don't measure these types of things but did about 1 TBSP oil and no salt, just for health reasons. I will definitely be making this again!

I made this for lunch. I wasn't disappointed. I did add 1/2 tea. of onion powder as well as 1 tbs of brown sugar I increased the olive oil by 1 tbs as well. It was enough glaze to over 6 serving...
