  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and pepper in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray until blended. Gradually stir in milk.
  2. Add potatoes, cheese and bacon; mix well. Cover with lid.
  3. Cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours (or on HIGH 1 to 2 hours).
  4. Sprinkle with onions before serving.

I adder diced Ham and Bacon bits with Hash brown potatoes and loads of sharp cheddar cheese. I added the tiny cheese its for extra crunch. YUM

Too thick. I did not care for it at all. If i ever did make it again, which is doubtful, I would use some chicken broth to thin it out some. Tasted like too much dairy to me.
