Cranberry Simple Syrup


This syrup is sweet and tart, and is a festive addition to holiday cocktails!

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 ½ cups fresh cranberries


  1. Dissolve sugar in water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cranberries and simmer on low until cranberries have softened but before they begin to pop, about 15 minutes. Cool, strain, and refrigerate.
