Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, and place ham into the pan. Place brown sugar in a bowl; whisk in just enough cola to dissolve sugar and form a thick glaze. Pour glaze over ham, then add remaining cola to the bottom of the baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven, occasionally basting with glaze, for 2 hours.
