No Bake Energy Balls

Made as is but used 1/4 cup chia seeds and doubled recipe . Made 30 larger balls and I freeze them for the week. They are about 180 cal per larger ball and I use two as a morning snack if I plan a run. Husband loves them too and we both find them to be extremely filling and will hold you for quite a few hours between meals and perfect for a pre run fuel. Found dough to be a bit sticky and tough to form balls unless you chill it first for a bit or alternatively roll each ball in frys unsweetened cocoa. As forming. Adds a bit to calories but also to taste!
