Pork Chili Verde (Green Pork Chili)

Made this last night and everyone loved it. However I did make some changes. I roasted the garlic, jalapeno, poblano and tomatillos and rather than combining and blending with the chicken broth I used the broth to deglaze the pan after browning the pork and onion. It was an excellent meal with lots of flavor!
