  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onion in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Add chili and salsa and mix well.

  • Fill tortillas with 1/2 of the beef mixture and roll tortilla around the filling forming burritos. Mix the remaining beef mixture with cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Cover the bottom of two 9x13-inch baking dishes with soup-beef mixture. Arrange burritos in the baking dishes; top with remaining soup-beef mixture. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over burritos. Cover dish with aluminum foil.

  • Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through and cheese is bubbling, 40 to 45 minutes.

I had already cooked my ground beef when I realized I did not have any chili. So I substituted homemade refried beans and cheddar cheese. I filled the tortillas with the ground beef/refried bean mixture. I mixed the soup with sour cream and salsa covered the burritos with the mixture and then topped them off with more cheddar cheese. Very good family ate them all. Read More

Very tasty. I added closer to a whole white onion and afterwards still thought I should’ve added more. Also didn’t cook all of the onion I added some raw to the sauce right before I smothered the burritos before baking. I messed up my beef ratio of beef in tortillas and beef in sauce I’d say a little more than half of the beef should go in the tortillas, I only made on pan of 8 burritos with these ingredients and had some sauce left over. I also added cheese in the burritos before I rolled it. Otherwise excited to make it again! Read More

I made this because I had all the ingredients and I really wanted something different. I added a little taco seasoning and hot sauce to spice it up a little but it was really good! I will definitely add this to the rotation. Read More
