- Blend peanut butter, wheat germ, coconut, soy beans, honey, and carob powder together in a blender; shape into 24 balls.
- Cook's Note:
- To make a gluten free option, omit the wheat germ, but use only 3 tablespoons honey. Dried currants (2 tablespoons) would make these sweeter. Or you can use brown rice flour in place of the wheat germ.
