  1. Combine raspberries, sugar, and vanilla extract in a heavy-bottom saucepan; bring to a boil. Lower temperature to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, until sauce is thick and smooth, about 15 minutes.

  • Cook's Notes:
  • You can remove the seeds in a strainer if you don't like them. It´s important to do this before the sauce thickens.
  • Stevia can be used in place of the sugar, if desired.

To me, this looked like tomato paste. On the positive side, it does taste good, just wished it looked good!
