"I was trying to find a way to eat goji berries, which I found to be pretty bland on their own. This smoothie recipe worked well, and has the benefit of this nutrient-rich superfood."

  1. Blend fruit, soy milk, goji berries, and honey together in a blender until smooth.

  • Cook's Note:
  • I prefer Silk® vanilla soy milk, but you can just as easily use almond milk, or swap for water and a frozen banana.
  • You will want to blend a bit longer than a normal smoothie to ensure the goji berries are liquified.

Simple and tasty. As written in the notes, I used regular, unsweetened/unflavored almond milk but added maca powder. Thank you for the recipe.
