Mixed Fruit Smoothie with Goji Berries

I was trying to find a way to eat goji berries, which I found to be pretty bland on their own. This goji berry smoothie recipe worked well and has all the benefits of this nutrient-rich superfood.

Prep Time:
5 mins
Total Time:
5 mins

  • 1 cup frozen mixed fruit

  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk

  • 2 tablespoons dried goji berries

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  1. Place mixed fruit, soy milk, goji berries, and honey into a blender; process until smooth.

I prefer Silk vanilla soy milk, but you can just as easily use almond milk or swap it for water and a frozen banana.

You will want to blend longer than a regular smoothie to ensure the goji berries are liquified.
