  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl. Dip biscuit halves in butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar. Arrange coated biscuits on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 12 to 14 minutes.

This is recipe you just cannot mess up on! You could easily take it and use it as a base for a bread pudding as well.
