Delicious! My kids typically don't like meat that is breaded and scrape it off but not with this dish. We all loved it as written. Definitely a keeper. I served it with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. Family said the meal was better than the schnitzel at our favorite german restaurant.
Worked out great. The chicken was was crispy tasty and easy. I used A bit of extra oil after plating the schnitzels and scraped everything into a sauce pan added a pat of butter and used the left over paprika flour mix to make a sour cream dill sauce. Mushroom gravy is traditional but I have a H8ter in the house.
I made this with panko instead of a finer breadcrumb. I was not happy with the panko and wish I had used finer breadcrumbs. It was still good and I recommend it. Next time I make this I will use finer breadcrumbs.
I needed a new way to cook pork loin chops. I followed the directions (cut everything in half because I only had three chops) and they turned out great. The lemon zest added just the right zing. I will try it with chicken next.
Great recipe. Unfortunately I had run out of eggs at the time of making so used milk instead and repeated flour and egg/milk dipping (double dipped). This worked as it created a 'glue' for the breadcrumbs to stick to.
I made it with cajun added directly to the chicken and went very good but I also added oats instead of bread crumbs and was a mistake. I will try with panko bread crumbs next time.

I'm not sure what happened since I followed the recipe exactly but this was a total flop. It came out soggy; I tried flipping and baking more but was afraid it would dry out. When my extended baking wasn't doing the trick I pulled them out and finished them off in an oiled pan. That helped crisp up the outside and I suppose it was less oil in the long run but kind of defeated the purpose of oven baked!
