Peanut Butter Hemp Cookies

Rated as 4.5 out of 5 Stars

"A very healthy peanut butter cookie full of protein. I have a very picky 3-year-old and was trying different ways to get some extra protein in his diet. He loves these cookies and they're extremely healthy."

Good but I was hoping they'd be crispy. These are more like soft baked cake cookies. I love that they are healthy and that this is a recipe using hemp hearts.
