This is a delicious sauce/marinade for almost any type of dish. It's full of flavor and we love it on fish, pasta, or chicken. It's become a staple, such that we make multiple batches and store in the fridge for quick use throughout the week. It tastes better when it's been cooked.

Cook's Notes:

This works great as a marinade, sauce, or other accompaniment to your dish.

For fish and chicken, we brush it across the top and then bake.

For pasta, we heat it in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil and any meat (generally shrimp) we want before tossing it with the cooked pasta.

This is excellent but be warned a little goes a long way. Certainly not what many would consider 'pesto' but will be perfect used in a marinade. Read More

She said a little goes a long way, no exaggeration! But, I put a half a cup of light creams in it and only used enough to cover the pasta and it had a nice flavor with no water down texture. Read More
