Ginger Garlic Pesto
This is a delicious sauce/marinade for almost any type of dish. It's full of flavor and we love it on fish, pasta, or chicken. It's become a staple, such that we make multiple batches and store in the fridge for quick use throughout the week. It tastes better when it's been cooked.

Cook's Notes:
This works great as a marinade, sauce, or other accompaniment to your dish.
For fish and chicken, we brush it across the top and then bake.
For pasta, we heat it in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil and any meat (generally shrimp) we want before tossing it with the cooked pasta.
