  1. Place lukewarm water, yeast, oat flour, bread flour, white whole wheat flour, salt, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and honey in the bread machine in the order recommended by manufacturer.
  2. Cook on the setting for a 1 1/2-pound, whole wheat loaf setting. Brush top of bread with 1 tablespoon butter before slicing.

  • Whole wheat flour can replace white whole wheat flour, if desired.

  • Parchment can be used for easier cleanup/removal from the pan.

This turned out well. The crust was a bit dark, but it was soft and had a nice taste.
