Original recipe yields 12 servings (1 1/2-pound loaf)
- Place lukewarm water, yeast, oat flour, bread flour, white whole wheat flour, salt, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and honey in the bread machine in the order recommended by manufacturer.
- Cook on the setting for a 1 1/2-pound, whole wheat loaf setting. Brush top of bread with 1 tablespoon butter before slicing.
- Cook's Note:
- Whole wheat flour can replace white whole wheat flour, if desired.
- Parchment can be used for easier cleanup/removal from the pan.
