These were ridiculously good for how little effort was put into them. Not sure if it was the feta, the dressing, or the combo with spinach but they screamed Greek without the addition of a ton of seasonings and spices. I think olives would be a nice extra touch and will add some the next time I make this.Read More
I followed the recipe and liked the flavor but I had a real hard time with the texture. To mushy. I'm not sure if it was because of the ground turkey brand I used, the brand I usually use was not available so had to use Jennie O which I don't care for.Read More

Didn't use spinach, made into a meatloaf and baked at 365 for 35 minutes.
Left out the spinach, as I didn't have any. Used the rest of a Greek dressing I had made. Added a bit of garlic powder to the mix as well. Here in Germany, I use Brötchen instead of hamburger buns. I fried these up in a pan as well, nice and crispy, moist inside. Great turkey burgers!
I really enjoyed this recipe. I might try baking them in the oven next time because they fell apart on the grill. (unless you have a formen). They still tasted amazing--and I forgot to add the dressing so I just poured it over them. I would suggest maybe a side of tzatziki--because i love that sauce and think it could make anything better. I probably will just eat the patty by itself, no bun,it's that good!
These burgers are now my favorite!!! They were juicy and flavorful. The only changes I made was to use 3 egg whites and reduced fat feta cheese. No more ground beef for me!! Try these....you won't be disappointed.
Made this for our 4th of July celebration this evening. The family loved it. Made it per recipe.
These burgers were great! My husband does not like strong cheese, so I did not add the cheese into the mix. I subbed out crumbled goat cheese for the Feta cheese, and put the cheese with some chopped tomato in a whole grain pita bread along with the burger. So good!.
These are our favorite burgers!
Excellent! Also good if add sundried tomatoes!
This recipe was amazing!!! Definitely making again!!!!

Okay, I modified the ingredients, to go with what I had on hand, but basically followed the recipe, subbing in Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese. Great turkey burgers that smelled and tasted wonderful, and held together well when grilling.
Very very tasty burger. Recipe is perfect as is. Not much salt needed. I found 5min a side a little too much but bbq's vary. Love this recipe. This will be a regular at our house!
These were good, but, I wasn't crazy about the texture you get from using the bread crumbs. It reminded me of a meatball. The flavors were very good though. I served on mediterranean pita bread with tomatoes, clover sprouts, & tzatziki.
OMG!!! Ridiculous delicious!! Made it exactly how it is. No need to add anything else! I will cook the again!! Very soon!
Awesome. Made them as per the recipe, wouldn't change a thing.
I have been looking for a turkey burger recipe for years. This was so good! I didn’t have the spinach so I left it out and I cut the recipe in half using just the egg white. I still got 5 large patties so I will probably continue to cut the recipe. I also used garlic breadcrumbs because that is what I had. I think that added a bit of flavor. I paired it with tomatoes and peppercinis. I will make this again....probably soon.
This was delicious! We didn't have any onion, but the recipe was still great without. We just watched moisture level of mixture closely so it wouldnt crumble on grill. We will still try to make it with onion next time to experience recipe as it was written. They grilled wonderfully, did not end up too dry. Our turkey burgers were served on white burger bun with a little bit of mayo, greek dressing and tomato, with a greek salad on the side. This is going to be a mainstay in my residence that we will enjoy for years to come. Also, it reheats nicely in the microwave if you're having leftovers, doesn't become all dried up. Great job!
SO good! I also added olives.
These were yummy!
So Good, easy to make.
The flavor was good, but texture was too mushy!
The only burrger I will eat, delicious. I omitted the greek dressing . I used frozen spinach thawed and squeezed the water from it and added some garlic, the frozen spinach keeps the burger moist. I used the Greek dressing as a condiment on the burger.
Not only is this incredibly delicious, but incredibly easy too! Yumm! Thanks so much for sharing this!
These tasted so good. They’re very healthy, and I actually looked forward to eating them. I didn’t have Greek dressing the first time I made them, so I substituted for balsamic dressing. I also used goat feta cheese instead of cow. Amazing! Thanks for sharing!
Excellent. I added fresh dill as well.
This was really good. Very healthy with a Greek flair. Will make it again! Thanks
Great tasting easy recipe!! My daughter raised her hand in the air when I told her I was making them again today. She said, " YES!! I almost cried eating them last time they were so good!"
Wanted to make a turkey meatloaf, so used this recipe. Changed the dressing to olive oil and red wine vinegar and added some Greek Seasoning, dash of oregano and some parsley. Didn't have spinach but would add that also. Upped the soft bread crumbs to 2 Cups. Cooked @ 350 for 40-45 min. Everyone Loved it and will make it again!
This was fabulous. Even my fussy husband liked it.
I will definitely make this again
These were excellent. I didn't use the salad dressing and used frozen spinach thawed, drained and squeezed dry with paper towels and these were excellent. I added more feta and added 2 large garlic cloves as well. Served it with brioche buns, tomato slices and homemade Tszaziki Sauce.
My family really loved these, I was happy the recipe made a double batch so I could freeze 4 for leftovers. Only one fell apart on the grill, maybe my spinach needed to be chopped up more.
This was very easy to make. I will try a different cheeses or 1/2 the feta cheese amount.
We thought this was great! Moist, flavourful and yummy! Will leave out the onion next time to make it more acceptable to my son!
I followed the directions faithfully I really enjoyed the tangy taste. I will make this again. Yum.
This was a simple and versital recipe that we could easily make gluten and dairy free. We added goat chevre instead of feta and used gluten free bread to make out bread crumbs. We also changed the dressing to fit what we had on hand and it worked out great. The only concern we had was that the burgers were a bit squishy so we decided to cook them in a skillet instead of a grill. They firmed up fine once cooked. Delish!! Enjoy!!
Yum! Great flavor and very moist. Baked in muffin pan (Flexipans: texas muffin & regular muffin) 375' for 20 min. 1/2 ground turkey & 1/2 ground pork . Only used couple Tbl of bread crumbs.
Only change I made did not have chopped baby spinach. It came out great. On my rolls I spread manays on it.
These tasted great. I made a Greek yogurt sauce that we put on the toasted buns. The recipe was a bit too wet so I added some additional bread crumbs. I did not feel like making fresh bread crumbs so used panko. It worked out great. Next time we make them I might add some fresh dill in the meat as well.
Really great recipe! Lots of flavour, added sundried tomatoes, as suggested by another person. As well because I limit gluten, I used very very few bread crumbs ...therefore I was unable to form into patties. Baked it, in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for about 25minutes....it was great and very moist. Will definitely make it again.
Flavorful and delicious, will become a household staple for sure!
Wonderful flavor! Thank you!
This was a simply and very yummy recipe!!! Definitely making it again!
This is an awesome recipe and it uses ingredients that I usually have available. I used my favorite greek salad dressing instead of a light one and I halved the recipe since we have less children at home now. It made 6 perfect burgers. This will be one of my favorite recipes for grilling.
Delicious. As others have said, so easy to make and so tasty.Served on a bun with slice of tomato, lettuce and mayo. Next time I make them, I might try some cranberries as a topping
What a great way to spice up a burger. I used ground sirloin instead.
These are sooo good!! I didn't have Greek dressing so i just used the same spices as Greek dressing. Turned out perfect. Used pita pockets for the bun and made a simple Greek salad. Amazing dinner!!!
I used seasoned dried bread crumbs(gluten free) as I didn't have any Greek dressing and just put a little vinegar and oil instead. They were very good and moist.
Excellent! Did not make any changes, my fussy 12 year old loved this.
Based on suggestions from previous reviews, I added a bit of garlic powder. Other than this modification, I made the recipe as written. I shaped the mixture into meatballs. Baked them at 375 degrees for 15 minutes turned them and baked another 15 minutes. We put the meatballs on naan bread (commercial pita bread is too dry) with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes wedges, sliced onion and kalamata olives. It was delicious!
Very tasty. I halved the recipe, and I didn't have any dressing on hand. I did use an entire egg, left out the onion and used some garlic. Also put spinach on top with tzatiki sauce we had on hand. It matched a throw together recipe that I've been using with a little bit more structure on the measurements. Well definitely make again.
Needed a little more taste but it was easy and good !
My family loved these burgers. Chopping the spinach in the food processor was a great idea! I skipped the light Greek dressing and made a tzatziki sauce to top the burger. Made extra burgers and froze them for later. Thanks for the recipe!
Super, 4 stars only because my grill wasn’t clean and couldn’t use it. So in the over not great, flavor was !
