I made this sauce off the top of my head totally winging it ( its funny because its for wings ) where I work. It actually turned out to be a great sauce with awesome flavor and coats the wings perfectly. Everyone loved it so I had to share it and even made pizza with it using it instead of pizza sauce and it was great. It's great on other things too, so experiment and let me know what you come up with.

Ingredient Checklist

Directions

Instructions Checklist
  • Pour enough olive oil into a skillet to cover the bottom; turn heat to high. Saute garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add lime juice and cook for 45 seconds. Stir cream into garlic mixture; cook until mixture is slightly reduced, about 1 minute.

  • Mix Greek seasoning, black pepper, and cayenne pepper into cream mixture. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce is smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.

Cook's Note:

Greek seasoning is really salty, so if you add more don't add too much.

For less-thick sauce, just add more cream and vice versa.

This makes a great base sauce for a pizza or if you're too in love with traditional marinara sauce you could also use it to really spice up the crust. It is great stuffing for chicken too.

I was so tired of ordering Parmesan garlic wings and ending up with chicken soaked in oily garlic. So I searched and searched for a creamy sauce like I had years ago and boy am I happy I came across this one! It was amazing! My whole family loves it and I don't believe I'll ever order out again! My husband wants it on pasta and the kids want pizza with the sauce. It was perfect! Thanks! Read More

Followed the recipe exactly. Doubled recipe to insure enough to coat 4-5 lbs of fried wing sections which was the perfect amount. I have been looking for a good garlic parmesan sauce for wings for a long time and this is it. Although I have made many recipes from this site this is the first time I have rated a recipe...they were fantastic! Thank you for sharing. Read More
