  • 1 banana

  • ½ green apple

  • 4 hulled strawberries

  • 4 (1 inch) pieces frozen mango

  • cup whole milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Optional)

  • 1 teaspoon honey


  1. Blend spinach, banana, apple, strawberries, mango, milk, protein powder, and honey together in a blender until smooth.

Cook's Note:

Milk measurement can be adjusted for preferred thickness.
