"The secret to this wonderful marinade is the cola! It is wonderful on flat iron steaks! But is great with any cut of beef! Cook steaks however desired, brushing remaining marinade as they cook."

  1. Place steak into a casserole dish and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Whisk cola-flavored beverage, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, chili powder, salt, mustard, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl; pour over steak.
  3. Marinate steak in the refrigerator, at least 1 hour to overnight.

Loved it! It tasted like a high quality restaurant steak!

We liked this! I did use diet cola b/c that's all I had on hand, but you couldn't tell. This marinade made the steaks nice and flavorful...I would make this again! Thanks for sharing. :)
