  1. Heat the broth in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir the rice in the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is done.
  2. Stir the beans, salsa and chicken in the saucepan and heat through.

A hearty fast and easy soup for those lazy winter days. The salsa adds a nice spicy touch to this quickly assembled soup.

This soup was just ok to me. It came together very quickly which was great. I felt it needed more spice. It was a little bland for me.
