  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet or large pot over low heat. Add bread crumbs and stir until coated in butter. Mix noodles into bread crumbs mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until a crust forms on the bottom, about 30 minutes; season with salt.

My Mom used to make this. She also put finely chopped onion in. Fry the onion in the butter, then add the breadcrumbs, then the noodles. :)

My whole family loved this!!! I used Italian bread crumbs to give more of a flavor!!!


Very good. I added onions to the butter but that's it. Just a nice twist on plain noodles
