My Mom used to make this. She also put finely chopped onion in. Fry the onion in the butter, then add the breadcrumbs, then the noodles. :)

My whole family loved this!!! I used Italian bread crumbs to give more of a flavor!!!
I added some garlic, onion and a splash of cayenne to kick it up a notch. It was a little on the dry side, but delicious and the perfect side for our pork chops!
We actually really liked this. I seasoned it up with garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and some grated Parmesan. I served it with some marinated roasted portobello mushrooms.
This brought back memories. But I did add a little minced garlic and parsley. Went well with our ground pork patties.
Very good. I added onions to the butter but that's it. Just a nice twist on plain noodles
I grew up with these. Mom made extra noodles for dinner so we could make this for lunch. l still love them.
