Two-Ingredient Pizza Dough

Great for quarantine pizza! No yeast to be had, decided to try this. Delicious! Here's what I did: add 2 tbs of grated parmesan cheese and 1 tsp garlic powder to dough. Roll out dough 1/8" thick and place on parchment paper dusted with cornmeal. Brush with evoo and bake at 500 for 8 minutes. Add sauce, toppings: salami, veggies (sauteed onions, bell pepper, zucchini and mushrooms , cheese (parmesan and mozzarella, (sprinkle with basil) and bake @450 for 10 minutes. We loved it!
