  1. Blend almonds, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt together in a blender until desired consistency is reached.


  • Cook's Note:
  • Nutritional yeast will definitely give a typical cheesy taste, but if you want to try something unique, try brewers yeast; you will very likely want the debittered version!
  • Cashews will also give a subtle difference in taste, but not near as drastic.
  • This cheese will not melt of course, so use accordingly.

This was different and I am glad I tried it. It really just tasted like almond butter with cheese... rather than cheese. Maybe more nutritional yeast? It wasn't bad.. just a little odd.
