- Blend almonds, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt together in a blender until desired consistency is reached.
- Cook's Note:
- Nutritional yeast will definitely give a typical cheesy taste, but if you want to try something unique, try brewers yeast; you will very likely want the debittered version!
- Cashews will also give a subtle difference in taste, but not near as drastic.
- This cheese will not melt of course, so use accordingly.
