  1. Mix oats, coconut, peanut butter, chocolate chips, flax seeds, and vanilla extract together in bowl until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish and cut into desired number of bars, leaving bars in the baking dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

I used Nutella instead of peanut butter, and added sunflower seeds for the crunch the chips would have had. I had to add extra Nutella to make the mix hold together. Very rich, delightful tast...

I made it but added about 2 tablespoons of honey to stick it all together
