  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  • Combine potato slices, olive oil, mint, Greek seasoning, lemon zest, salt, and pepper together in a resealable plastic bag; close and shake until evenly coated. Spread coated potato slices onto a baking sheet.

  • Bake in the preheated oven until fries are crisp and browned, 40 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle cheese curds over fries and top with gravy.

Cook's Notes:

It smells so good you may be tempted to pull them out before they're super crispy on the outside, but wait if you can because the gravy makes them a little softer and they're so much better when crispy. Enjoy!

Easy and tasty! Could be served as a main dish for those of us who really like fries. I put the tray back into the oven for two minutes to make the cheese curds melty; easier to eat that way. Yum! Read More
