"I've made this recipe several times and it has always come out excellent! Requires a good amount of salt and pepper; always taste and adjust accordingly. Dressing will thicken over time."

  1. Blend water, cashews, lemon juice, sesame seeds, onion, capers, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and black pepper together in a blender until smooth.


  • Cook's Note:
  • If you are using a Vitamix® blender, use 1 cup water instead of 3/4 cup. The Vitamix® will create a smoother dressing and require a little more liquid.
