  1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk beef base, olive oil, garlic and black pepper.
  3. Add steaks to mixture and coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.
  4. When ready to cook, place steaks directly on grill and allow grill to flame-up while turning to char outer surface.
  5. Cook to desired temperature (approximately 5 to 6 minutes).

Easy to prepare & flavorful.

Steak was delicious and had lots of flavor- we too cooked it inside and it worked out great. I would have liked more pepper but that can always be added.

This is a great marinade. The only change we made was we cooked the steak in doors on a hot skillet vbecause of the weather. It a very good steak and we’ll use it again.
