  1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk beef base, olive oil, garlic and black pepper.
  3. Add steaks to mixture and coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.
  4. When ready to cook, place steaks directly on grill and allow grill to flame-up while turning to char outer surface.
  5. Cook to desired temperature (approximately 5 to 6 minutes).

Easy to prepare & flavorful.

Used the sear burner on my grill to make this tasty way to prepare sirloin. Will use it again.

I didn't have access to the beef base listed so I substituted Savory Spice Shop Mt. Massive Steak Seasoning. I followed the rest of the recipe precisely and marinated the steaks for 2-3 hours. ...
