  • 1 cup light brown sugar

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ cup butter


  1. In a medium saucepan combine brown sugar, white sugar, condensed milk, and butter. Heat to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a rigid ball.

  2. Pour into an 8x8-inch pan. Cool until firm and cut into 1-inch squares.
