Greek Lemon Chicken and Potato Bake

Well, wasn't this easy and delicious! I used Greek seasoning instead of the lemon and herb; two bone-in skin-on chicken breast halves that I wanted to use up; frozen green beans instead of fresh and tossed them in the oil and seasoning mixture while they thawed; and everything else as written. I just love the smell of fresh lemon juice, and it really made this dish. Such a tasty meal, and so easy to prepare. Thank you Chef V!
