  1. Stir orange juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, and soy sauce together in a bowl; pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add swai fillets, coat with the liquid, squeeze bag to remove excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Remove fillets from marinade and shake to remove excess moisture. Discard remaining marinade. Season fish with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry fish in hot oil until the flesh flakes easily with a fork, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Very good taste on the marinade. Did let the fillets sit on it for two hours. The flavors were amazing and the fish was very tender. I used the ingredients and did the steps without modification...

I made this fish dish with a beautiful halibut fillet. If I were to make again, I would replace the oranges with limes, or at least a more tart orange to punch up the citrusy goodness. Overall ...

Just okay. I did NOT alter this recipe at all. I marinated mine for 2 hrs. It was lacking a lot of flavor. I will not make this again.

Tasty, easy, quick. Added a little sesame oil.
