This was delicious. My tip: don't cook the zoodles! They always get mushy. This salad is delicious cold, but if you prefer a warm salad, heat the pesto and chick peas before mixing into the zoodles. Like previous reviewers, I added shredded parmesan instead of cheddar, and ribbons of fresh basil. Will definitely make again.
