this was pretty tasty.. i enjoyed this as a dipping sauce for cooked chicken breasts.. only modifications were doubling the cider vinegar and leaving out the sugar, but that's just personal pref...

Being from Alabama, where white sauce originated, I can tell you that horseradish is not part of white sauce. Mayo, Worcestershire, pepper, hot sauce, lemon juice, pinch of salt. That's it.

This has a really nice flavor I wanted it to use with smoked pulled pork that I make a mock Mc Rib sandwich with using ciabatta rolls .
