  1. In a bowl, stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. In a separate large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, vegetable oil and margarine. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture; mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

These were the worst pancakes i've ever had. They taste salty. I ended up throwing them out and making instant noodles for breakfast...will NEVER make them again.

I did everything as said except that I did not add the butter, and i used 3 cups of flour,(I doubled the recipe) i doubled everything but the eggs and the baking soda. mine turned out delicious....
